Description:
Thoracic puncture usually selects the 2nd intercostal space of the midline of the affected chest clavicle as the puncture point,or the 4th and 5th intercostal space of the anterior axillary line as the puncture point. For localized pneumothorax, puncture should be performed at the corresponding location based on the examination results. Puncture requires local skin disinfection of the puncture site, using an air chest needle or fine catheter to directly puncture the chest cavity, connected to a 50mL or 100mL syringe or pneumothorax machine to extract air and measure pressure until the patient’s breathing difficulties are relieved.
