In order to implement the decision and deployment of the provincial Party Committee and the provincial government on the pairing of high-level hospitals to help areas with weak medical resources, and further implement the nursing exchange and cooperation between the hospital and the People’s Hospital of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, the People’s Hospital of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture carefully selected and sent 9 nursing backbone to the Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University at the end of April. On July 24, the Nursing Teaching and Research Department held a special report on the completion of training nurses in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture People’s Hospital in the conference room on the 19th floor of the surgery building. The meeting was chaired by Huang Hui, deputy director of the nursing Teaching and Research Department.
Cao Ke delivered a speech to express his gratitude for the hard work of the studying nurses, the nursing department, the nursing teaching and research department and the teaching departments. He emphasized that teaching and learning is the key to technological improvement, and nursing people’s original heart, the spirit of angels in white, and the spirit of innovation are the power source of self-improvement. He pointed out that the students should adhere to the blueprint of the 14th Five-Year Plan of the provincial Party Committee and the provincial government, combine the characteristics of the nursing discipline of the state hospital, apply the concept, technology and thought of the study to clinical work, and promote the development of specialized nursing in the hospital. At the same time, it is necessary to continuously strengthen learning, fully combine the local disease spectrum and the needs of patients, learn more from patients, focus on the key points, and constantly improve the level of medical technology and nursing services, so as to escort the health of the people of Xiangxi.
At the report meeting, 9 nurses from Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture People’s Hospital came to the stage one after another, combined with their training experience in the emergency department, neurology, oncology, urology, intensive care unit, internal care unit, surgery center, health management medical center and other specialties, from clinical skills, nursing management, scientific research ability and other aspects of the wonderful report. They shared what they had learned, thought, felt and realized during their studies, including typical cases, difficult problems and solutions. Under the guidance of the teachers of Xiangya No. 3 Hospital, they have continuously improved their clinical operation ability and nursing management.
