Simulation teaching Method: In recent years, simulation teaching has been more and more widely used in the field of medical education. Relying on the clinical skills center, simulation teaching in our school adopts the teaching model of “theory and skills demonstration teaching – initial simulation training – video analysis and summary – model training again – into clinical practice” with the help of various simulation methods. Helping students to learn standardized and skilled medical techniques before contacting real patients not only reduces the risk of patients but also increases the self-confidence of students to carry out practical work, and has achieved remarkable results. ① With the help of simulation environment teaching: in the early stage, with the help of central simulation ward, simulation operating room, various medical instruments and medical instruments, students can understand the hospital, doctors’ occupation, and the use and management of medical auxiliary equipment in the early stage. ② With the help of model teaching: in the process of clinical practice teaching, more than 1000 clinical teaching models from basic to advanced were used for intensive training of clinical skills. Such as auscultation, palpation, percussion and other physical examination skills teaching of diagnostics; During the probation, all kinds of basic nursing techniques, puncture techniques, first aid, basic surgical techniques, basic obstetrics and gynecology examination techniques and delivery room techniques were taught. ③ With the help of animal teaching: in the teaching of basic surgical techniques, our school uses the central laboratory to carry out animal surgical experiments on dogs to help students understand the surgical process, learn preoperative and postoperative treatment, surgical asepsis, incision and suture, wound treatment and other basic surgical operations, intestinal anastomosis and other basic surgical methods. ④ With the help of standardized patients (SP) teaching, SP team was established in the center, and SP was trained to be used in the teaching of diagnostic inquiry, the teaching of internal medicine and pediatrics, and the multi-station examination of internship qualification.
