Usage method

Installation and debugging: Install the eyepiece and objective, turn the converter to align the low-power objective with the light hole. Adjust the aperture and mirror for a clear and bright view.
Place the specimen: Place the biological slice on the loading platform and fix it with the press clip to ensure that the specimen is facing the center of the light hole.
Adjust the focal length: Use a coarse parafocal spiral to slowly lower the tube until the objective is close to the specimen (avoid direct contact). Then turn the coarse quasi-focal spiral in the opposite direction, make the lens barrel slowly rise, and observe the change of the object in the eyepiece. When the image is initially clear, it is fine-tuned with a fine parifocal spiral to obtain clarity.
Observation and recording: After finding the observation object with a low power lens, you can gradually change to a high power lens or oil lens for more detailed observation. During the observation process, pay attention to adjusting the brightness of the light source and the aperture size to obtain a better observation effect. At the same time, make observation records for subsequent analysis.
